Overview In this Project Manager role you lead a high-end residential project in SW London, ensuring delivery to exacting quality standards. You will work closely with the client and on-site teams to drive safe, efficient construction of luxury apartments and a sports/leisure facility. The position focuses on maintaining exceptional finish quality while coordinating with stakeholders and managing site operations. You will be pivotal in shaping a prestige development for a reputable contractor with a client-centric approach.
Pay / Benefits - 65,000 - 70,000 + package

Responsibilities - lead on-site project delivery for luxury residential development
- manage health & safety and site paperwork across the build
- maintain strong client-facing communications and stakeholder engagement
- coordinate with subcontractors and site team to ensure schedule and quality
- monitor progress, risks, and issues to keep project on track
- ensure compliance with CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid requirements
- assemble and manage project documentation and reporting
Key requirements - track record with reputable residential developer or main contractor
- experience building high-end luxury apartments
- experience on new build sports and leisure buildings (preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications
- strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
- presentable with strong client-facing skills
- excellent man-management skills
- ability to commute to SW London daily
